4. Limitations and Exclusions

- Permanent Damage: We cannot guarantee the removal of deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat, permanent interior stains, severe leather wear, or clear coat failure (peeling/flaking).
- Post-Service Care: Our guarantee covers the quality of our workmanship at the time of service. We are not responsible for subsequent damage, water spots, bird droppings, or contamination that occurs after the service is completed. Ceramic coatings require proper ongoing maintenance to function as advertised.
- Time Limit: Any concerns regarding the quality of the service must be reported to us within 24 hours of the appointment completion. We cannot honor claims made days or weeks after the vehicle has been driven and exposed to the elements.
5. Ceramic Coating Warranty
Our professional ceramic coatings come with specific durability ratings (e.g., 2-year, 5-year). These ratings are based on manufacturer specifications and assume the vehicle is properly maintained. To ensure the longevity of your coating, we strongly recommend utilizing our regular maintenance wash services. Failure to properly maintain the coating with pH-neutral soaps or taking the vehicle through automatic brush car washes will void any implied longevity claims.
